Speaker: Mike Petersen
On Friday, April 27th Mike Petersen, an Account Executive for Ncomputing, a startup company based out of Redwood City, will give a demo for attendees to test the performance of Ncomputuing's multi-user pc expansion kit turning a PC into 4 independent workstations. Mike will also give some perspective on working for a startup from a satellite office in Shasta County.
Mike considers Redding to be his adopted home town. Back in 1994, he visited the Simpson College campus and immediately fell in love with Redding and the surrounding area. When he left the San Joaquin Valley where he had grown up to attend Simpson, he never looked back. Over the last 12 years he has worked in the technology field for Simpson College, IBM Global Services, PC2, and Redding School District.
We are looking for input from members of the technology community in the Shasta County area. If someone you know has a technology business interest in Shasta County, please let them know about us and invite them to come to our next meeting. Also, if you would like to share with us what you do, we invite you to be a speaker. Don’t be shy, we want to know all about you and your company.
We are now accepting membership, so be sure to check out how to join at www.shastatech.com.
